Terms of Service
These terms explain the expectations, limits, and responsibilities that apply when you visit Nexxware, use its website, access its loaders and tools, or participate in the related Discord community.
1 Responsible use
Nexxware is provided as a community utility. You are responsible for deciding where and how you use the information, loaders, scripts, and tools available through the site. Use good judgment, respect other people, and keep your testing separate from accounts or data you cannot afford to lose.
- Use the service at your own risk. Loaders, scripts, executors, and related tools may change behavior as their upstream platforms change. You accept responsibility for testing them carefully and for any consequences affecting your account, device, data, or game session.
- Prefer a secondary account for testing. When you are trying an unfamiliar executor, loader, key system, or update, use an account that does not contain valuable items, progress, or personal information.
- Respect the community. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or target other users, staff, contributors, or Discord members through Nexxware or any linked community.
- Protect private access. Do not publish or redistribute keys, tokens, private loaders, credentials, or links that were issued only to you. If you believe an access token has been exposed, report it through the official Discord.
2 Accounts, identity, and Discord
Some features use Discord for identity, feedback, or key delivery. This connection helps Nexxware associate an action with the correct person, but it does not transfer ownership of your Discord or Roblox accounts to Nexxware.
- Use accurate account details. When a feature asks for a Roblox username or Discord identity, provide the account you actually intend to use and review it before confirming.
- You are responsible for your login. Keep your Discord account secure and do not share session links, credentials, or authorization codes. Nexxware cannot recover an account that you voluntarily expose.
- Status requirements may apply. If a free feature requires a specific Discord status or server membership, removing that requirement may make the feature unavailable or cause an issued key to be revoked.
- Community moderation remains separate. Discord moderators may remove members or content under the server rules, even when that conduct is not described in every detail on this page.
3 Loaders, scripts, and executors
The website may provide loadstrings and compatibility information for third-party executors. These are separate products and can be updated, rate-limited, discontinued, or unavailable without notice.
- Compatibility is informational. A “working” label reflects the latest information available to Nexxware and is not a guarantee that a particular executor, game version, or device will work for you.
- Do not attack infrastructure. Do not tamper with loaders, bypass access controls, scrape protected endpoints, flood APIs, or modify requests to interfere with Nexxware or another user.
4 Tools and submitted content
Tools such as the obfuscator are supplied for legitimate development and sharing workflows. You retain responsibility for the code you submit and for checking the output before distributing it.
- Review every output. Obfuscator results and alpha tools are provided as-is. Test the result in a safe environment before using it in a project or sharing it with others.
- Do not submit harmful material. Do not use Nexxware tools to process malware, credential theft, destructive payloads, harassment tools, or content intended to damage another person or service.
- Keep sensitive data out. Never paste passwords, private keys, access tokens, personal records, or other confidential material into a public or third-party tool.
5 Prohibited conduct
The following behavior is not permitted because it creates safety, privacy, legal, or operational risks for the community.
- No abuse or evasion. Do not bypass blacklists, rate limits, authentication, key checks, or other access controls.
- No threats or privacy abuse. Blackmail, doxxing, extortion, credible threats, targeted harassment, and attempts to expose private information are prohibited.
- No unauthorized resale. Do not sell, rent, or commercially redistribute Nexxware keys, accounts, loaders, or private access without written permission from the owners.
- Enforcement may be immediate. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to key revocation, access restrictions, blacklisting, removal from Discord, or reports to the relevant platform.
6 Availability, liability, and updates
Nexxware is a community project that may be changed or taken offline as needed. The service is not a promise of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, or safety.
- Service is provided as available. There is no guarantee of uptime, response time, accuracy, or continued support for any feature, game, executor, or tool.
- Third-party actions are outside our control. Nexxware is not responsible for moderation actions, bans, account loss, executor behavior, platform changes, data loss, or outages caused by third parties.
- Terms can change. The owners may update these terms when the service changes. The version and effective date above identify the current copy; continuing to use Nexxware after an update means you accept the revised terms.
